WHAT IS The Soul Infused New Year Retreat?

As you welcome in the new year can you feel the bustling of “big things” growing within you but haven’t felt called to take action on them yet?  That inertia may leave you feeling like you are slacking or doing something wrong but just the opposite is true.

In western society most of us have been raised to see the New Year as a time of resolution-setting and “making things happen.”  Yet the energy of nature isn’t calling us to make things happen quite yet.

That action-packed energy is coming.  In just one more month nature will guide us to spring forward but first we must go within.  This calling to look inward and gently cultivate the seeds of what-is-possible is important work.

This New Year Retreat is a space for you to dive deep below the surface of your desires to understand what you are meant to do with this year.  Through this work you’ll be able to discern the perfect time to take action on your desires.

In this safe space you will also gently face your fears.  Fear has the power to stop you in your tracks but only if it remains hidden or ignored.  Fear held gently in the light of awareness reveals itself as simply the concerns of your human self that need to be acknowledged.  Once you understand the reassurance that your human self needs, you’ll understand exactly what you need to do to feel safe as you take powerful steps forward to bring your greatest desires to life this year.

For years, I believed my fears and unwillingness to take action were signs that I was weak or not up to the task of bringing big dreams to life.  But through work with shamans, healers, self-help books, getting a masters in psychology and most importantly, my own Divine wisdom I learned that is just nonsense.

Everyone feels fear.  What we do with that fear determines our success. I’m going to show you how to work with your fear in a kind and loving way. Most importantly I’ll share with you simple techniques that will help you align with the natural rhythms of both nature and your own soul so that you are taking action when the time is right for YOU!

I truly believe 2018 is a year designed for us - the helpers and healers, the lightworkers, the people led by love.  In order for us to fulfill our personal goals and manifest our desires we must have a way to deal with our fear (with kindness and love for ourselves) and fuel our courage with clarity and purpose.

Hi There!  I'm Patty Lennon, a best selling author, national speaker and intuitive coach.  

I believe the Divine is with us every minute of every day and wants nothing more than for us to experience a full and prosperous life.  We are guided to this life by a sense of flow.  Each of us has the option to stay in the flow of life or fight it.  

I spent most of my life fighting the flow of life and I can tell you that life without that fight is soooo much more delicious.  I am a recovering control freak and perfectionist and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE helping my fellow perfectionist/ control freaks find their own flow and follow it.

I do this in a variety of ways but at the heart of everything I teach and share is this one truth: You are Divine.  Your soul is everlasting and has the power to guide you into the flow at any moment of any day.   

When you join me in this retreat (or any experience) my goal is to help you connect to your soul's wisdom and discover the courage to follow that wisdom so that you may experience the life you desire.

FAQ

Is lunch included?

Yes. A buffet selection of soup and salads will be provided at lunch. This is not a sit down meal and you will have the time to take your lunch out to the beautiful gardens (weather permitting) and eat on your own or with friends you meet.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free parking at Ann’s place. We simply ask that you park in the far side of the parking lot.

Is there a dress code?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. This is your time so dress in a way that allows ease and flow! Yoga pants are totally fine. So is your favorite dress. Let this day be 100% about you!
