This FireKeeper Event is a new take on networking, designed for women who want to be inspired and have the chance to meet like-minded women. FireKeeper Events are about creating connection in a true and authentic way with women that share your values.

If you appreciate quality conversation, fun atmosphere, good wine and delicious food, you will love FireKeepers.

This event is meant for you if you feel there is something new waiting to emerge in your life or you know something needs to change and you just aren't sure what the next step is.  Through facilitated group discussions you'll be able to mastermind "what comes next" with a small group of women.

Why the name “FireKeepers” ?

In ancient times, tribes maintained a Sacred Fire. The Sacred Fire was the symbolic representation of the life force of the community. It also played a central role in maintaining the actual life force of the community.

Because there was no easy way to start a fire (pre-matches), when a fire went out in an individual home it was critical that families had a protected fire that source that would be able to re-light the homefire.  This fire source was the Sacred Fire.

The women responsible for protecting and maintaining the Sacred Fire were called FireKeepers.

For very different reasons today, the life force in our communities is at risk for dying out. Despite the technology that connects us, we as a people feel more disconnected than ever. It is time for some of us to step up and become the FireKeepers of our communities.

It does not matter whether you consider your community to be your immediate family, your town or the world at large. If you feel called to light the flame of life force in the people you care about, FireKeepers is for you.
The Sacred Fire burns inside of each of us.

If you are to support others in growing their own life force, you must first tend your own.  It is our desire, at FireKeepers, to feed that flame of passion, purpose and excitement within you during our event.

FireKeepers will be an inspirational and fun experience taking place at the Makery Coworking space in New Milford, CT.

When you arrive you will be greeted by one of our hosts and have the opportunity to grab a glass of wine, sit and relax or mix and mingle with your fellow attendees.

Patty Lennon and Linda Cummins will kick the evening off with a welcome discussion and inspirational talk. You will then have the opportunity to mastermind and connect in smaller groups.

Finally, we will end the evening with a open discussion on the topic of the evening: What do we need as individuals to grow the life force, the "fire", inside ourselves so that we can be a source of light for others?

You will leave with:
*Connection to at least 3 women you did not know prior to arriving

*Deeper understanding of what you most desire to create in either life or business right now

*Clarity on at least one step you can take right now to bring that desire to life and a commitment to do it, supported by the FireKeepers community.

Their own desire for an event just like FireKeepers gave birth to this new concept.  Patty and Linda can't wait to welcome you to FireKeepers!

Yes. A delicious selection of wine, appetizers and desserts will be available throughout the evening.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of street parking, as well as a parking lot located at the train station, directly at the bottom of Bank Street.

Is there a dress code?

Wear whatever makes you feel good!

Is this a spiritual event?

If connection is a spiritual event (like it is for hosts, Patty and Linda) then yes!  But in general we would classify this as an upleveled version of networking!
